I wanted to thank you for taking the time with me on Friday. It was really great to hear I could make small changes, since anything too drastic feels unattainable. (We need baby steps.. LoL)
Side note: I made the vegetarian chili Sunday, and it was really good. (even my oldest daughter liked it)
The best part was the bean burritos I made for lunch. Very Yummy!
Thanks again for all your help!
This heart healthy lifestyle class helped me be more aware and alert of how food is labeled and the actual content of so-called healthy foods.
I have a much better understanding of my personal risk factors and what I can do to lower my risk of heart disease.
Everything I learned was extremely helpful! You showed me a great app that I can use to help me eat healthier. Thank you.
